Bel Shanai Productions, LLC offers On-Demanda Audios of digitized versions of Ramtha’s Teachings, JZ Knight’s Presentations and other audio content (collectively, “Digital Content”) and other services under certain terms and conditions as set forth in this Agreement.

1. License for use.

Upon payment of your purchase fee, Bel Shanai Productions, LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right and license to retain a permanent copy of Purchased Digital Content and to privately play the Purchased Digital Content for Non-Commercial, Private Use. You may exercise these rights on up to one laptop or desktop computer and one portable Recommended Device designated byBel Shanai Productions, LLC. You may make a back-up copy of Purchased Digital Content on removable media (e.g. recordable CD) or on an external hard drive in the same format as the original file to play on your Recommended Device. Any back-up copy of the Purchased Digital Content on a CD will not be playable on a traditional CD player, but only on a Recommended Device.

2. Recommended Devices

As used in this Agreement, “Recommended Device” means any personal computer or portable media player meeting minimum system requirements that Bel Shanai Productions LLC may establish from time to time or other device that Bel Shanai Productions LLC may authorize from time to time. Bel Shanai Productions LLC only supports Digital Content on Recommended Devices.

3. Acces to Digital Content

a. Access to Audios On-Demand on our website.
Digital Content will available to you in you account after purchase. Purchased Digital Content will generally continue to be available in your “My Audios On Demand” page when you are connected to the internet and login into your account, but may become unavailable due to potential content provider licensing restrictions and for other reasons. 
b. General Restrictions.
You may not transfer, copy or play the Digital Content except as permitted in this Agreement. In addition, you may not:
i. Sell, rent, lease, gift, distribute, broadcast, sublicense or otherwise assign any right to the Digital Content to any third party;
ii. Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the Digital Content;
iii. Attempt to disable, bypass, modify, defeat, or otherwise circumvent any of the digital rights management or other security related tools incorporated into the Digital Content;
iv. Use the Digital Content for any public, commercial or illegal purpose.

4. Reservation Of Rights.

a. Marks Used with Permission.
Ramtha®, C&E®, Consciousness & Energy®, Fieldwork®, The Tank®, Blue Body®, Twilight®, Torsion Process®, Neighborhood Walk®, Create Your Day®, The Grid®, Mind As MatterSM, Analogical ArcherySM, GladysSM , Time TilesSM, and Become a Remarkable Life® are trademarks and service marks of JZ Knight and are used by Bel Shanai Productions LLC with permission from JZ Knight.
b. Other Rights Reserved.
Except for the rights explicitly granted to you in this Agreement, all right, title and interest in the Service and Digital Content are reserved and retained by Bel Shanai Productions LLC and its licensors. Bel Shanai Productions LLC and its licensors do not transfer any right, title or interest in the Digital Content to you. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the Digital Content as a result of downloading Digital Content.

5. All Are Sales Final.

All sales of Digital Content are final when you click the “Buy Now” button.

6. Returns

Thanks for shopping at Bel Shanai Productions LLC. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be a physical product, unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

8. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Access to the On-Demand Audio Teachings is available indefinitely from the date of purchase, or until the terms and conditions of this parituclar products are changed. Bel Shanai Productions LLC is not liable if the website is closed  or for any other technical issue related to www.belshanai.com

13. On Demand Refunds:

Refunds are not available for On-Demand Audio Teachings, if there is a malfunction from our side, we will give you access for the online content purchased giving you unlimited access starting from the date that the malfunction is fixed.
